This brand is a tribute to José Amante, a prestigious producer of Amareleja and godfather of the current owner. The brand is intended to DOC Alentejo wines and to be sold to the modern distribution at very competitive prices and with strategically studied campaigns.
The portfolio of this brand includes a Reserve, a Private Collection, a Private Selection and a Great choice (selection of the winemaker) and the quality of the wines is in line with the requirements of the tasting panel of CVR of Alentejo (the official certifying authority).
It’s expected in the near future to include wines from two grape varieties (bivarietais
in Portuguese) whose characteristics will please the consumer taste.
